Firestone Complete Auto Care

Apparently smoking a cigarette outback on the company clock was more important than trying to schedule me for an oil change before I drove to Alaska. The employee was extremely rude and constantly on his phone. I DO NOT recommend this place at all

Dustin and Allan (double L) made sure I left with a car that didn't endanger myself or others on the road. This was after I slept through my appointment! (sorry Dustin! ☠️) I've been coming here for a few years now and have always been treated with kindness and care. Oil changes to tire changes, they've got you. Photo of OG Allan attached; don't let him go on Friday please 😂

One of the best car service experiences I’ve had. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, and paid attention to every detail. The work quality exceeded my expectations, and they treated my vehicle with great care. Allen was amazing! He helped my family with our car and made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. He was super quick, and honestly hilarious kept us laughing the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of.

Kent Firestone exchange my tire that charges me the TPMS valve kit around $10 but they even didn’t install back my mini oem TPMs system. I went the south center Firestone to fixed it. Thank you team. The invoice number is 238446
